Security Supervisor

1. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, training, discipline, assigning duties, keeping record of security guard data/attendance/overtime, grant them leaves & supervision of security guards.
2. Responsible for the body searching of all workers while in & out at the gate.
3. Check and control all entrance/exit for employees, Guests, Visitors & checking of loading/unloading vehicles as per documentation & Company SOP of entire Factory premises.
4. Responsible for the issuance/deposit, maintain list, operational & emergency key box of all Factory keys & check locks of all stores, office and warehouse after pack up. 
5. Keep an eye on all activities, those are harmful for the organization and take necessary action as per requirement and company policy
6. Responsible for the Security of all internal Warehouses, rental warehouses assets/property, Expats, Management & will visit the Factory area, Colonies, Canteen, Management Offices, warehouses, including other propoerties, to discuss loop holes if any and process with concern for rectification to ensure fool proof security.
7. Ensure to provide security to Foreign nationals at Colony and while going outside the Factory.
8. Responsible for the maintenance, serviceability, renewal of licenses, safe custody of Company weapons, keep records of Arms/rounds & ensure to avoid its misuse.
9. To assist in investigation of the theft matters, workers fight cases & all discipline voilation cases as per company policy. 
10. Responsible to provide security guard to cashier while bringing of cash from the Bank & during salary disbursement on Finance demand.
11. To ensure that no outsider or terminated employee (as informed by Admin & HR/Factories) enter, resides inside & no immoral activity carried out in the Company’s premises.
12. Keep informed to Manager Security about all happenings in factory for 24/7 in written / verbal and act upon his directions.  
13. Take part in safety SOPs implementations and controls.
14. Any other task assigned by HOD
