Manager Paint Plant Factory

1. Over All Monitoring of Paint Plant-1 and Paint Plant-2.
2. To ensure the production target as per agreed production plan Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.
3. To make paint plant annual budget and present to division head and top management.
4. To ensure work on basis of monthly KPI system.
5. To make paint plant annual business plan and present to division head and top management.
6. To ensure the production as per given quality standard, Also monitoring it on weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.
7. To make paint plant monthly production plan.
8. To attend daily morning meeting with incharges& discuss over all problems of last day and current day target .
9. To discuss daily issues regarding (Production, Quality, Material, Manpower, Maintenance, Safety & 6s etc..) with division head. 
10. To provide daily update production report to Division Head.
11. To ensure the training requirement for all station and key process.
12. To ensure all machine preventive manintenance plan and execution.
13. To manage the employee attendance & performance and innovation record.
14. To ensure the every station and factory regular cleaning.
15. To ensure all type of safety related to manpower,building,machine.
16. Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
17. To perform any other duty assigend by division head and top management.
