Minimum Martic + Dispensar Course & First Aid Course

1. Be readily available and respond immediately to any requests for first aid assistance.
2. Record keeping & reporting of injuries treated.
3. Refer patients/injured to hospital and ensure follow-up (only those requiring further medical treatment).
4. Collect treatment details and payment details of referred patients and ensure timely payments to respective hospitals.   
5. Provide counselling to employees and collect basic information to investigate the cause during first aid.
6. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the number of accidents and usage of the first aid supplies.
7. Monthly ambulane inspection
8. Maintain overall 6S of dispensary
9. Maintain medicines stocks, ensure FIFO methods and maintain expired medicines as per standard
10. Perform any other task/s assigned by HSE HOD.
