Lead Full Stack Developer (.net)

1) Responsible for Setting direction to mature the technology associated with the team.
2) Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities associated with supporting the application area.
3) Serve as SME for components of the team.
4) Partner with architects to set the direction for maturing use of retiring adding technology components in the environment.
5) Provide technical guidance to projects programs for complex components of multiple technology suites.
6) Lead efforts to develop standard practices, components, guidelines for use of complex technology components.
7) Lead teams to resolve urgent and high production incidents.
Lead actions to determine the root cause of problems and drive resolution.
8) Work on special projects as assigned.
