Required:
Customer Care Officer
1. Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
2. Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff
3. Assist customers with after-sales service issues
4. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
5. Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, etc
Other Requirements:
1. Strong Ecommerce background
2. Must be a sales-oriented person.
3. Flexible to work in night shift.
Qualifications: Bachelors
Exp: 2 years in Customer Service preferably in Fashion & Apparel
