Talent Acquisition Associate/ Assistant Hr

The Educators is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its "Talent Acquisition Associate/ Assistant HR" post.

The candidate selected for this position will be tasked with recruitment, headhunting, online sourcing, initial screening and shortlisting, interview scheduling, issue offer letters and employment contracts and maintaining the company’s employee database, documents’ filing, and record keeping. Further, he (or she) will be responsible for ensuring high data quality through accurate – system – records maintenance; in addition to handling designated operations/administrative tasks.

Job Location: Rawalpindi
Min. Education: Bachelors or Masters – preferably in Human Resources
Experience: 1-2 years relevant field
