Job Description

Negotiating with foreign Manufacturers & placing purchase Order
Preparing, Handling & Assisting in imports documentation;
Daily liaison with clearing agent and forwarder regarding upcoming consignments;
Arrange all shipping documents and on time send to forwarder
Follow up with clearing agent
Payment process against import bills;
Assist in daily routine departmental work
