To manage, scrutinize and validation of overall attendance record of relvant area(s).
Maintain Leave records of all staff and share with HR Head Office on regular basis monthly. Reporting/intimation to Head Office within 24 hours through email with regard to any contingency (Hospitalization/death claim etc)
Maintaining record of registered staff for Group Health & Life Insurance
Prepare monthly attendance record for payroll processing. Validation, reconciliation of monthly data with the existing database
Checking, screening of new hires documents. Ensuring 100% compliance of policies and procedure
Transfers, re-designation, promotions cases discussed with Line Managers/ HOD and proceed to HR Head Office for approvals.
Keep up to date database of staff
Processing of TA/DA vouchers, resignation, exit cases
Handling all issues pertaining to Govt Agencies of relevant areas, Coordinate and record keeping of PESSI, EOBI
