Core Responsibilities
• Direct involve in day to day operations
• Build and execute excellent Customer Services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through architects
• Develop and maintain strong and cross-functional relationships internally to help drive account success
• Successfully utilize Stile Product refresh program
• Participate in regular reviews with Sales Team, activity performance, Architect engagement program to increase the sales volume 8Jor footfall
• Engage Architects for the sales growth
• Provide best Customer Services to Walk-in customers Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree (non-technical) or equivalent required (Preferably from NCA & other universities)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to influence others to achieve results
