Designation: Customer care representative
Nature of job: Inbound call center
Candidates with exceptionally good English speaking/ writing and reading skills will be given more preferences rather than any degree holder.
*Taking calls from customers throughout the world.
*Responding to the emails effectively and attentively.
* Taking chats for sales/troubleshoot and support.
Shifts: 8 hours of Rotational shifts for morning/evening/ night.
Extra hours are paid*
Commission: On basis of the skill of the candidate who can earn up to 50k on top of basic salary.
Environment: Safe and secure for girls/boys.
