RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead generation. Identifying client requirements, proposing appropriate solutions. Develop new business via telephone and email to introduce the client’s solution/services and identify appropriate buyers within the targeted Market. SKILLS: A minimum of 04 years of relevant Business Development experience in the Logistics Sector is mandatory (sales and marketing). Candidates should have very strong communication skills, great attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse task list. Experience calling and representing professional companies such as logistics and packaging products companies would be preferred. Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients. Good Teamwork skills and work effectively within groups. Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service. Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good knowledge in Marketing and sales in B2B and B2C fields. Should have own Transport.
