Sr. Quality Assurance Executive (primary Processing)

Responsible for online control of quality issues related to raw Meat;
• Microbiological sampling of workers, final product and machines;
• Monitoring and maintaining Records management as per Audit requirement;
• Scheduling and planning of Workers training on GMP’s, SSOPs Quality control and Allergens Control;
• Scheduling Workers training on HACCP;
• Controlling and supervising the process flow of all the production activities from live bird hanging to end of products packing;
• Implementation of HACCP and GMP’s
• Maintaining the products standards and specifications;
