Production Executive (primary Processing)

1. Checking verification of batch information and other daily report. 2. Immediate coordinating to production in charge for any nonconformity. 3. Recording all parameter related to animal welfare and HACCP. 4. Responsible to train the line leader to handle all duties in case of his absence. 5. Develop and implementation of Anti-and Postmortem inspection program. 6. Monitoring breakdown down time, addresses associated issues to concern department. 7. Daily productivity analysis of all the subsection in backend area. 8. Conducting trials regarding any issues given by the production in charge. 9. Involve in Veterinary inspection of live bird. 10. Coordination with engineering department for routine maintenance during off days. 11. To oversee the work of all the Lines of the Backend department. 12. To discuss the affairs of department with Production in charge. Coordinate with production in charge for production planning.
