Senior Dietitian

Job Description
Monitor food services operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards
Provide optimal nutritional care and quality food to all hospitalized patients
Assess nutritional needs, recommend diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary plans
Formulation of Nasogastric/ (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) PEG feed according to physicians instructions and maintains caloric requirements of feeds
Maintain diet check list record as per procedure and supervise the dietary office
Check the tray line, observing food quality, temperature / appearance and presentation of the food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Coordinate recipe development, standardization and develop new menus for food service operations
Inspect the meals prepared and checks the meals are providing correct nutrients
Inspect nutritional value of food
