Job Description

Azlaan Technologies requires the services of a ASP.NET Solutions Expert/DevOps Manager.
This is a Full Night job with timings: 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m. Due to nature of job female candidates are not eligible currently. Those who are not comfortable or have any issue of working late night should not apply.
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) provides planning, management, oversight, and communication, both internal and external (client facing) for custom development projects. The primary objectives for the TPM are in-depth management of multiple projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (discovery, planning, development, QA, delivery), facilitating adherence to and understanding of different project management methodologies and handling and coordinating client communications. The TPM serves as the primary point of contact for clients, responds to questions and concerns, receives and evaluates change requests, and ensures proper change request procedure is followed. The TPM is also responsible for updating various internal departments on project status as needed. This position requires significant multitasking, strong communication ability, and extensive organization & documentation skills.
Core Responsibilities
Manage projects varying substantially in size, requirements, team count, stage of project lifecycle, and communication need.
Guide projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and maintain the projects backlog, meetings, sprints, and scrums.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Document all communication, project progress, overages, and change requests for each project.
Reviewing all project communication for each active project.
Follow up with developers as needed.
Escalating any projects that are not meeting or exceeding the client's expectations. This involves reviewing communication to ensure the client is and has been getting a confirmation from our team within a few hours of any communication, following-up to show progress to the client as well as setting and proactively managing reasonable client expectations.
Expected to take ownership of the delivery of the software according to the product and technology roadmap(s) by creating an environment of shared consciousness among the team(s) for empowered execution. Expected to communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to technology teams, and communicate project status regularly.
Own the architecture for our next-generation technology solutions for Audit.
Provide thought leadership on The Art of the Possible to our business and other technology leaders.
Guide and lead the development teams on implementation and improving the platform and solutions.
Leverage industry knowledge and stay close to technology developments in the open-source and cloud communities.
Ensure documentation of design approval, go-live approval, time line adjustments and other key requests for approval of significant impact on the project or project completion.
Supervising and contributing to the QA process. Helping to audit a site for basic functionality, creating tasks from bug reports, and ensuring team members complete those tasks as assigned.
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities
Meeting with the development team in weekly project management meetings and summarizing via e-mail.
Provide planning, management, oversight and communication using Agile methodology.

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in Project Management managing multiple projects involving 2+ developers
Experience driving or facilitating Agile methodology with emphasis on scrum
6+ years combined experience in back-end or full stack development
3+ years’ experience with .NET and C# (WPF is a plus)
Experience with JIRA
Ability to lead, coach and provide leadership to staff on goals, objectives, and performance success criteria.
Ability to motivate and influence team, to coach and groom Senior talent.
Strong hands-on knowledge in C#, .NET / Azure Stack Framework / AWS or comparable programming environment (Full Stack), SQL, Web Development, and test methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communication, team skills
Minimum Qualifications
Awareness and understanding of the Agile development process
3+ years in software development
3+ years exposed to Project Management processes
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Strong hands-on knowledge in C#, .NET / Azure Stack Framework / AWS or comparable programming environment (Full Stack), SQL, Web Development, and test methodologies.
