Compliance & Risk Management

Education & Experience:
                                            The incumbent should be a graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
                                     To ensure that all departments are following the parameters in accordance with the NBFC Rules and other relevant laws.
 To review the systems and practices of the organization aiming to identify controls for smooth functioning.
To monitor compliance with respect to AML/CFT rules & regulations and provide the necessary support to all the departments.
 To evaluate risks arising from changes in rules & regulations and other applicable laws that can affect the business.
 To be responsible for identification, evaluation or measurement of significant risk inherent in the organization and liaison with the relevant department to mitigate such risk.
