1. Overall general maintenance of the factories
2. Planning, execution & monitoring projects
3. Coordinate with CEO and Foreign Management as per requirements of the projects.
4. Coordination with consultant for detailed drawings, revision of drawings according to the site condition
5. Development of the civil staff for supervision of different activities of project & maintenance
6. Prepare reports on a weekly & monthly basis
7. Ensure the construction with quality & cost control
