Take care of daily HR Operations
Sending offer letter, onboarding, documentation, orientation, offboarding
Manage HRIS system
Assist in Recruiting through social media & other resources
Handle employee’s grievances
Participate in employee engagement activities
Organize any corporate events, lunch/dinner, tournaments, trips or any other activities.
Celebrate & arrange employee’s birthdays, marriage gifts, new-born baby gifts etc.
Take care of sensitive, emotional and well being topics of the employees
Maintaining attendance record and fetching data from Bio-metric machine
Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relationship and employee retention
Excellent English speaking & writing skills
Good hands-on experience in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Must be a team player
Must be willing to work extra hours
Willingness to go extra miles
