Head Of Engineering

1. Prepare & execute a preventive maintenance plan 
2. Ensure there is no machine downtime 
3. Manage Mechanical / Electrical & Cold Store Team
4- Continually researches for new technical methods or components to enhance or improve existing procedures.
5- Coordinating and is responsible for activities of all engineering personnel and outside consultants or contractors, develops engineering action plans to guide timely and cost effective development of projects, maintains the system of budget and schedule control.
6- Supervises engineering services for preparation and drafting of drawings, schematics, product specification, bill of materials, operation/service manual, assembly manuals and other documentation.
7- Prepares or reviews engineering change requests, discuss, develop and oversees preparation and implementation of all engineering change notices and document change control.
8- Assists and coordinates with teams for the development of processes, tooling and schedule necessary for operation and maintenance.
9- Performs other engineering duties related to operation and maintenance.                                                                                    10- Supervision of all engineering sub-departments like refrigeration, maintenance, electrical and HSE in coordination with another department like production, Quality, Admin/HR and Higher Management for any kind of interst and issues.
