Achieve or exceed allocated sales budget and planned growth, ensure product contribution by controlling sales operations while remaining within allocated expense budget
Tactfully planning and executing sales & expense budget of the respective division(s)
Managing in -life product performance margin and churn conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.
Ensure preparation of promotional material, plan of action and other marketing activities by PMs in time & its implementation in the field.
To establish a professional image of the company through public relations activities, particularly with the KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) of the territory to establish long term relationship with the company, to engage them for scientific activities and maximum generation of prescriptions of the products
Make joint sales calls with Sales Managers, Field Managers, and Territory Managers, provide coaching and counseling to the managers and field force in order to make them more productive.
Under any circumstances, no genuine complaint should be received against the company from physician, chemist, hospital staff or any individual.
Maintain close working relations with respective distributors/customers in order to promote company business and to ensure the availability of stock.
Update record of the assigned business unit(s) and ensure effective & timely reporting as per policy
Recruit, motivate, train & develop sales team with a minimum turnover by coaching & counseling
