Sr. Manager Maintenance

Ensures availability of all machines/equipment in good working condition.
•Supervise and assisting to the maintenance team for smooth operational activities of all the above mention machinery to prevent delay in product packaging and keeping machines in good conditions to help packaging achieving packaging targets.
•Prepare a cost-effective inventory of spares to meet emergencies and schedule maintenance need.
•Ensure company safety procedures and maintenance of a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.
•Arrange for the safe execution of preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan.
•Technical evaluation of all the production machines with production project and planning department.
•Arrange the external services for maintenance and test of production equipment.
•Prepare spare parts approval and AFE for equipment and maintenance spare parts.
•Initiate new project for improvements in plant efficiency and productivity.
•Ensure correct recording of equipment downtime with the coordination of production people and analyze the high occurrence faults through quality tools to improve and control maintenance breakdown.
•Ensure the availability of all necessary spare parts for machine maintenance.
•Eliminate market complaints by rectification of machine issues.
•Build and hire talented mechanical people in our engineering Dept.
•Ensure safety, Health, risk and environment control are fulfilled and maintained in workplaces.
•To reduce all unplanned machine breakdown through an effective preventative maintenance plan.
•Participate in equipment validation activity during IQ, OQ, and PQ.
•Prepare maintenance budget; review its monthly reports to reduce the operational cost of maintenance.
•Prepare SMART objectives, conduct appraisal and achieve challenges through management tools.
•Record keeping and documentation of maintenance and calibration activities.
