Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The primary responsibilities include full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. They will also use various recruitment strategies and tools to source and engage candidates.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills
Experience in employer branding and recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage bulk hiring of the management staff
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
