Production Planning (opsi Department Head)

1. Overall responsible for Production planning & PPC (Local purchase)
2. Responsible for Yearly Production Planning (Monthly Base) Based on Yearly Sales Plan keeping in View Model Wise Capacity.
3.Responsible for Monthly OPSI planning and finalizing T-1 to T-4 production plans along with CKD order finalization.
4. Responsible for Yearly , Monthly , Weekly & Daily Production planning.
5.Responsible to ensure all Materials Availability on T-1 Basis for Smooth Running of Production as per Plan on Daily Basis.
6.Responsible to evaluate Mold capacities (in house & External)
7.Coordination with Vendor management department to ensure issues in supplies from vendors
8.Coordinate with Incoming Quality department to ensure quality supplies and improve further.
9.Coordinate with RND department to resolve BOM related matters and ensure ECN implementation.
10.To ensure no gap between System and physical stocks.
11.Responsible for System and physical variences and close all variences on monthly basis.
12.Resonsible for issuing materials from inventory to T-1/ Inventory to Line/ T-1 to line and ensure WIP shop floor minimum and maximum balance.
13.Resonsible for the SAP and WMS system operations and ensure all materials through system and improve offline material issuance gaps.
14.To ensure Materials are recieved in standard packing and standard trolleys and improve in case of non compliance.
15. Responsible for T-1 area and T-1 material control.
16. Responsible for ISO audit and SOP control
17.Responsible to ernsure CSD parts ordering and ensure Doors production and supply and manage in system.
18. Responsible to coordinate with import department for timely arrangement of shipments for production.
