1. Ensuring that the work plans are effectively and efficiently implemented in a time manner to achieve set objectives of the Department.
2.Maintain factories and departments Business Plan progress quarteraly basis.
3.Ensuring that the recording and filing system concerning other departments and factories are kept at all times.
4. Conduct weekly & Monthly meetings with the Management and Minute general meetings.
5.Assistance in department wise documents uploaded on E-Archieve along with list (time & documents).
6. Facilitates communication among employees and management.
7.Tasks execution and evaluation, coordination with department team.
8. Manage the process of staff announcement for briefing on behalf of the Management to ensure that its fully prepared for all engagements.
9. Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings along documents and their ppts.
10.Departmental MOU/ SOP & Policy drafting as per need and requirement.
11.Keep and maintain minutes of meetings every week and update tasks accordingly.
12.Monthly upgradation of notice boards.
13.Facilitation to team members for any other departmental task.
14. Weekly HODs / Managers meetings/Progress report Review (Management)
15. Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters and conducts assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
