Die / Mold Asset Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate Die & Mold life, health and performance on regular basis.
2. For in case of Die & Mold problem observed during production, shall analyze at process and mix it fix with coordination of subcon supplier.
3. Calculate the Die & Mold capacity of supplier and match with forecast on yearly basis.
4. To streamline the repairing and maintenance process of Dies and Mold by fixing the responsibilities.
5. Keep a record of Die & Mold to make control on HNR assets operated at Subcon vendor. 6. To maintain and control Die & Mold data in Online Mold Management System (MPLM System). 7. Visit supplier facility with HNR RND team for Die/ Mold inspection on regular basis.
8. Plan physical audit at Subcon vendor with Factory RND and Finance for Die & Mold asset audit.
9. Responsible to make and establishing Die & Mold contract with suppliers.
10. SAP working of related section.
11. Responsible for QMS implementation ISO 9001:2015.
12. Monthly Die & Mold management report to HOD.
