1. To ensure that all product realization foaming processes are carried out as per defined work instructions & standards..
2. To ensure that all quality assurance parameters & foaming density are followed on the foaming station as per defined standards.
3. To take fast decisions for rework & rejection of Foaming station.
4. Have proper training for handling of machine & on safety measurements.
7. Ensure that no D-Shape & Short Foaming complaint comes from the market.
8. Identification of reasons for rework and rejection on Foaming station.
9. Removal of rejection from all stages of product realization.
11. To complete tasks assigned by the Foaming head.
