1- Extensive knowledge of policies and procedures related to an HR Function.
2- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
3- Managing a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
4- Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
5- Managing and training the team
6- Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
7- Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
8- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
9- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
10- Excellent up to date knowledge of Pakistan employment law legislation and dealing with government institutions i.e. PESSI, EOBI, Social Securities..
11- Previous background within a generalist HR Function.
