Hr Generalist

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Human Resources Generalist in an on-site capacity. In this role, you'll spearhead HR management, policy development, employee benefits administration, and various day-to-day HR responsibilities.

* Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
* Independently manage payroll functions.
* Oversee the company's appraisal system and conduct appraisal meetings.
* Ensure compliance with employment regulations and procedures.
* Monitor employee performance aspects such as attendance and sick leave.
* Assess training needs and design and implement relevant programs.
* Handle disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
* Establish and review pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.
* Stay well-versed in Pakistan's employment law legislation and liaise with government institutions like PESSI, EOBI, and Social Securities.
