E-Commerce Executive: 
We are currently hiring an e-commerce executive responsible for managing the e-commerce platforms and ensuring the accomplishment of annual targets in terms of revenue & operating expenses. 
 
E-Commerce Executive Job Description: 
• Enhancing the sales performance of our online store 
• Managing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO 
• Managing and maintaining the website and ensuring its user friendly 
• Identifying and fixing the bugs on the website 
• Developing frameworks for transforming our digital channels into profitable platforms 
• Examining the security of checkout pages & payment methods 
• Verifying the accuracy of copies and legal disclaimers 
• Analyzing traffic to guide website maintenance and marketing strategy performance 
• Analyzing sales metrics to inform restocking 
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing and promptly resolving customer issues or complaints 
• Reporting on the effectiveness of existing and new initiatives for a website 
• Close coordination with relevant stakeholders in keeping the website up to date 
 
Requirements: 
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or technology management is required, or relevant work experience 
• Previous experience in a similar position 
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills 
• Extensive knowledge of e-commerce businesses 
• Knowledgeable of several search engines 
• Well-informed about search engine optimization 
• Strict attention to detail and a strong desire to collaborate 
• A self-starter who can manage several tasks in a fast-paced working environment 
• A strategic and creative thinker with a strong customer focus 
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are skilled at establishing relationships with various stakeholders 
• Exhibits excellent leadership, strong time management & problem-solving skills
