Job Description

elo (Export Leftovers) is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to place orders, do confirmation calls, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders. Or obtain details of complaints
Mandatory Skills: Minimum Education of BA/B.Com
1+ years of experience in Customer Services
