Quality Assurance Analyst

ECOMPK (Pvt.) LTD is urgently looking for Quality Assurance Analyst. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience of call quality analysis in any e-commerce company. Location: Shahra-e-Quaideen, Karachi Requirements: Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team. Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. Perform regular checks on low performing employee's calls. Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills. Problem analysis and problem-solving. Knowledge of calling principles and practices. Knowledge of call center telephony and technology. Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
