Compliance Officer

1. Perform safety audits and inspections. Proactive and corrective measures to prevent incidents. 2. Hazard and Risk assessment on production floor and other areas. 3. Prepare HSE training plan and conduct HSE trainings and TBT sessions among workers. 4. Support and undertake incident investigation and strategies to ensure complaint correction. 5. Perform incident review, root cause analysis, health & safety hazard analysis and make report. 6. Fire Extinguisher placement in required areas with log maintenance. 7. Visit different areas of factory to ensure compliance as per ISO and HSE standards. 8. Safety signs, prohibited areas, emergency exits and non smoking areas identification. 9. Coordinate with other departments for SOP’s, Work instructions, process flow charts preparation. 10. Assist in ISO 9001-2015 and 22000 audit related documentation.
