Assistant Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and motivate concession/Boxoffice team members to achieve sales revenue.
Check inventory on daily basis.
Make purchase requisition for stock
Check Expiries and followed FIFO system
Push up the staff for suggestive selling
Train concession employees in their assigned job responsibilities.
Organize concession events and ensure that each concession station stocked and staffed.
Educate staff on company policies procedures and hygiene etc.
Train new employees.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Assist in inventory management and control activities.
Support checking of cash counters.
Check food quality & taste according to the standard recipes.
Conduct performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
Deliver and motivate staff in quality customer service at all time.
Handling customer complaints
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Check stock availability before opening the shift.
Cross check movie schedule with projectionist.
