1 Monitoring customer balances and to ensure correct balances in ERP.
2 Updating of Sales Receipts (SRVs) in FBS.
3 Follow-up of customer cheques deposited into bank accounts.
4 To update Sales Agreement in FBS and maintaining Customers Record.
5 Hi-light any discrepancy/issue observed in the sales process and intimates the management.
6 To issue MR Book (Collection Book) to Sales Team and maintain records.
7 Matters related to final settlement of Sales Staff.
8 To prepare detail of entitlement of sales incentives as per policy of the company.
9 Any other related job responsibility assigned by management
