Processing recruitment which includes searching candidates, pre-scanning CVs and sorting candidates for interviews, participating in interviews, and hiring the selected candidate.
Coordinate & execute marketing tasks with agencies and vendors.
Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, and increment letters.
Process resignation and prepare full and final settlement.
Communicate with the insurance company for staff’s health and life insurance policy, get staff registered, timely process renewal, and facilitate staff to avail benefits.
Coordinate with other departments for all HR policy implementation and other concerns of staff.
Conduct in-house training on different social as well as professional skills.
Do job analysis in the coordination of Head of each department for balancing the workload of each employee.
Prepare job descriptions of each staff in coordination with the department head and update on individual job responsibility.
Do market research on pay packages, benefits, perks, etc.
