Conducting initial screening interviews; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
Shortlist candidates as per job competencies together with the culture and core values of the organization
Manage the smooth execution of the Onboarding Process with the newly hired employee.
Monitor & Report Daily attendance
Process monthly payroll in HRIS System
Compile monthly departmental KPIs reports
Process monthly performance incentives based on KPIs
End to end follow up of the final settlement process
Manage other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager
Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
