This position will be overall in-charge of the Further Food Production

Manage overall production of Further Foods including but not limited to the following (Nuggets, Seekh Kabab, Samosa, Shami, Toppers, etc.)
Manage recipe and related materials
Ensure Meet Quality parameters as set by internal QA & Punjab Food Authority.
