Area Sales Manager (center)

1. Budget forecasting of the area (by SKU)
2. Achieve area sales target
3. Ensure collection as per recovery targets
4. Responsible for all company assets & balances in the respective area
5. Responsible to evaluate and recommend new customers account as per requirements of accounts departments
6. Ensure there is no duplicate account of the same customer 
7. Responsible of all receivable accounts in his area
8. Responsible to handle end to end customer complaints. (handling initial complaint, forward to related department, follow up and resolve till the complaint is closed)
9. Will conduct weekly balance reconciliation meetings with sales staff and submit a monthly reports to the accounts department. 
10. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly visit plan of himself & the sales team
11. Ensure to visit at-least 5 customers with TSOs on daily basis
12. Ensure a minimum three out station visit plans in a month
13. Report market intelligence/competitors’ activities to head office on monthly basis
14. Recruit & train sales team in the region
15. Any other assignment assigned by the management.
