We need urgently HR resource based at Kasur Plant, Company residence & food will be provided
1. Marking Attendance of all employees in Excel & reconciling with Gate Attendance Register. Update Employees Record in Attendance Machine.
2. Marking leaves of employees in the Leave register and record maintenance.
3. Collect Appointment Form of New Joiners & Register employees in Attendance Machine.
4. Preparation of employees master data file and keep up to date according to on roll employees.
5. Fulfillment of appointment forms of new employees make sure that employees are being appointed according to company policy.
6. Record Maintenance of Appointment Forms, Leaves, Attendance
7. Preparation & Disbursement of Salary & Over Time.
8. Prepare Social Security & EOBI monthly Contribution & deal with these departments.
9. Dealing of Petty cash, preparing daily cash reports & coordinating with the Accounts department in Head Office.
10. Dealing with Bank regarding petty cash & employee account opening.
